Kragzam lets you design a document template once and generate documents from your data. You create the template on a visual canvas, connect its fields to variables, and generate documents whenever you need them. Data can be entered manually, imported from a spreadsheet, or sent from a system you already use.

The result is a web page. It can be shared publicly or privately, and recipients can access the document directly in their browser. Once a document is generated, it is immutable. What someone sees later is the same document that was generated in the first place.

PDF export is available when you need a file. But the web page is the document.

Files are useful. They're also a convenient boundary for software to stop. The system generates something, turns it into a file, and the rest of the process happens somewhere else.

We think that boundary is worth removing. When a document is created for people to read, share, respond to, or refer back to, it makes sense for that document to stay on the web and retain the context around it. That's what we're building with Kragzam.

Kragzam is being built by a small founding team with experience building software and working with document-heavy processes firsthand. We kept seeing the same pattern: the data lives in software, the workflow lives in software, but the final document gets pushed into a file. We wanted to build something where those pieces fit together.

We're continuing to build Kragzam around real workflows and real use cases. We care more about making the product genuinely useful than adding complexity for the sake of having more features.
