Kragzam is built by a small team that takes security seriously. We run on established, security-reviewed cloud infrastructure and apply industry-standard protections against abuse. We're candid that the product is an early beta: we apply sensible protections today and will formalise our security practices further as the product matures. This page describes the measures currently in place.

The Kragzam marketing site and application are served over TLS/HTTPS. Any data you send us — including your request-access details — is encrypted in transit.

During the beta, lead and account data is stored in a controlled environment accessible only to the founding team. We limit who can reach this data to the people who need it to run the beta, and we will update this section when a formal data processor is in place.

If you believe you've found a security vulnerability, we want to hear from you. Please email hello@kragzam.com with the details, and we'll investigate promptly. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will work with you to resolve any confirmed issue.
