Terms of Service

By accessing and using Kragzam, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Kragzam is currently operating as an invite-only beta. By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The service may contain bugs or incomplete features. This is an early beta, and things will break. We appreciate your patience and feedback.
• Features may change without notice. During the beta, we may add, remove, or significantly alter features as we learn from real usage.
• Service availability is not guaranteed. We target high reliability but cannot guarantee uptime during this period.
• Beta access does not guarantee continued free access. After the beta period ends, paid plans will be introduced. We will give you clear notice before any change affecting your access.
• Your data is yours. Templates and documents you create during the beta are your intellectual property and will carry forward when paid plans launch.

You agree to use Kragzam only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:

• Infringe the rights of others.
• Restrict or inhibit anyone else from using the service.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Transmit material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure.

You retain all rights to the templates, documents, and content you create using Kragzam. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to host, store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

Kragzam's own platform, UI, brand, and underlying technology remain the property of Kragzam and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kragzam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months — which during the free beta is zero.

We may update these terms as the product and legal landscape evolves. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms here with a revised date at the top. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
