Terms of Service

By accessing and using Kragzam, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Kragzam is registered in the Netherlands with the Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) under KvK number 99157640. In these terms, “Kragzam”, “we”, and “us” mean that business.

Kragzam is under active development. By using it, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The service may contain bugs or incomplete features. We appreciate your patience and feedback.
• Features may change without notice. We may add, remove, or significantly alter features as we learn from real usage.
• Service availability is not guaranteed. We target high reliability but cannot guarantee uptime.
• Free access is not guaranteed to continue. We will give you clear notice before any change affecting your access. Current plans and prices are on our pricing page, and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
• Your data is yours. Templates and documents you create are your intellectual property and stay with your account when you upgrade to a paid plan.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
• Moving between Starter and Pro takes effect immediately, and the charge is prorated for the rest of the billing month.
• Prices are listed on our pricing page. Prices exclude taxes. Paddle adds any VAT or sales tax that applies based on your location, and may charge you in your local currency.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which includes a 14-day money-back guarantee.

You agree to use Kragzam only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:

• Infringe the rights of others.
• Restrict or inhibit anyone else from using the service.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Transmit material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure.

You retain all rights to the templates, documents, and content you create using Kragzam. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to host, store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

Kragzam's own platform, UI, brand, and underlying technology remain the property of Kragzam and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kragzam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

We may update these terms as the product and legal landscape evolves. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms here with a revised date at the top. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
