Membership certificates
Issue each new member a certificate with their name, grade, admission date and membership number already on it.
A professional design society admits new members every quarter. Each new row in the register fills the same certificate design.
The data
The membership register you already keep: the member's name, the grade they were admitted to, the date, and their membership number. It arrives as a spreadsheet row or through a form.
