Sponsorship prospectuses
Send each prospective sponsor a prospectus that shows which packages are left on the day they open it.
A congress organiser sells partner packages and add-ons for next year's event. The prospectus is one design, and the booking record fills in prices and availability.
A race organiser sells a title partnership, official categories and village stands for next October's half marathon. The partner record fills in fees and availability on each deck.
What the partnerships manager already keeps: last edition's audience figures, the package list with prices, how many of each are left, which add-ons have sold, and the booking deadline. It arrives as a spreadsheet row or through a form.
A prospectus at its own link. Grainline 27 shows the Principal partner package at €48,000 with one available, Gold with two of four left, and the coffee bar add-on marked sold. The Forum floor plan opens full size, and the notes on VAT and lead scanning open from the phrase they explain.
A deck at its own link. The Douro Bridges Half shows the title partnership at €180,000 a year with one available, 21 of 64 village stands left, and the kids' mile add-on marked sold. The course map opens full size.
Bring the data you already keep.
