Tutoring progress reports
Send each parent one page a month: attendance, every skill against its target, and the tutor's note.
A tutoring centre keeps a record for each student. At month end, one design in Kragzam turns every record into its own report.
The data
The student record you already keep: name, year group, tutor, sessions attended, each skill's target and its quiz scores at the start and end of the month, plus the tutor's note. It arrives as a spreadsheet row or through a form.

What the parent gets
A report at its own link. Maya's parent sees 8 of 9 sessions attended, four of five skills at or above target, and Percentage change flagged for support, with the tutor's note beside each one.
